My name is Stella Smaragdi and I'm a Paralympian in Track. I compete in Long Jump, Triples and 100m. I have participated in 2 Paralympics (London 2012, Rio 2016), 4 World Championships and 3 Pan-European Championships. I have 1 pan-European silver and 2 pan-European bronze medals in the long jump, as I also have the world record in jumping in the triple F47. My next goal is the Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024.
